The fine print, in plain words
The things people are right to ask before they hand over a card.
No minimum term and no cancellation fee. You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have paid for.
If a subscription lapses, everything you logged stays readable and exportable. You just cannot add beyond the free limits.
Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. An unintended renewal is refunded within 14 days of the charge.
Questions
Is the free plan a trial?
No. It does not expire and it does not ask for a card. Five animals and three pairings, for as long as you want them.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep the paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then drop back to the free plan. Nothing you logged is ever deleted because you stopped paying — every record stays readable and exportable. You simply cannot add beyond the free limits until you subscribe again.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, at any time. You are charged the yearly price from the switch and the unused part of the month you have paid for is credited.
Which currency am I charged in?
United States dollars. Sales tax or VAT is calculated at checkout based on where you are. If your card is in another currency your bank converts the amount and may add its own fee.
Who actually takes the payment?
Creem, who act as the merchant of record. That means Creem is the seller for the purchase, handles tax, refunds and chargebacks, and appears on your statement. We never see your card details.
How do I get a refund?
Write to customers@sks-exotics.com. Full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked, and an unintended renewal refunded within 14 days of the charge. The full policy is on the refunds page.
